Frequently Asked Questions
- Anyone 18 years of age or older can access counselling. Young people under the age of 18 can see a therapist with their parents' consent. Parents should first speak with the therapist.
- Open to adults, youth and families residing in Edmonton and Northern Alberta
You can expect a safe and respectful environment where your concerns are listened to with kindness. Our qualified therapist will guide you through discussions that will help you better understand family or personal dynamics and develop practical strategies for overcoming challenges.
Each session will be structured to meet your specific needs, in a confidential setting and adapted to your expectations.
Counselling sessions can be conducted by videoconference for the convenience of families or in person at an IGLF counselling room.
